Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or placing a wager you enter into a binding agreement with Tenobet on the terms below. Please read them before depositing; continued use of the service signals acceptance.

Licensing and jurisdiction

Tenobet operates under licence ALSI-202409012-FI1 issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, which supervises the fairness of our games, the segregation of player funds and the conduct of our operations.

Access is your own responsibility. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in a number of territories, and it is for you to confirm that participation is lawful where you are located. We block registrations from jurisdictions we have excluded, but such controls are not infallible.

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.

Accounts and verification

One account per person, household, email address, payment method and IP address. Duplicate registrations are consolidated or closed, and any advantage gained through them may be reversed.

Account holders must be of legal age in their jurisdiction. Registration details must be truthful and kept current; incorrect information discovered during verification can delay withdrawals or invalidate the account.

Login credentials are personal. Activity carried out through your account is treated as your own, so report any suspected compromise to support immediately. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or operated on behalf of another individual.

Deposits, wagering and withdrawals

Funds must arrive from a payment instrument held in your own name. Where the law permits, withdrawals are returned by the same route the deposit arrived, up to the value deposited, with any surplus paid to a verified alternative method.

Wagers are final once confirmed by the game server. Where a round is interrupted by a disconnection, the provider's own resolution rules determine settlement — typically the round completes on the server or the stake is voided and returned.

Obvious errors in odds, pay tables, credited balances or promotional values may be corrected retrospectively, including recovery of amounts credited in error. We may withhold a payout pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected irregular play.

Bonuses and promotional offers

Every promotion carries its own conditions covering qualifying deposits, wagering multiples, maximum stake while a bonus is active, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry. Those conditions sit alongside these terms and prevail where they conflict.

Practices designed to extract guaranteed value — low-risk covering bets, coordinated play between accounts, exploiting a software fault, or repeatedly registering to harvest welcome offers — are treated as abuse. Bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be cancelled.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time and bonus funds are wagered after real balance is exhausted.

Complaints, suspension and amendments

Complaints should first go to Tenobet support, which aims to give a substantive reply within seventy-two hours. Unresolved matters are escalated internally, and a final written position is issued within eight weeks so that you may then approach our licensing authority.

We may suspend or close an account where we detect fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, abusive conduct towards staff, or a breach of these terms. Where closure follows such a finding, legitimate deposits are returned and disputed winnings withheld pending review.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, licensing or the service itself. Revised versions are published with a new revision date, and continued play after publication constitutes acceptance.
